Which provider serves a given request depends on availability; the providers we use are Google (Gemini API), Groq (Llama models), Anthropic (Claude models), and OpenRouter. Requests are made under each provider's commercial API terms. We do not send your name, email address, or account identifiers with these requests — only the assessment responses, scores, and the health context you chose to provide.
• Cloud Hosting: Our platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security
• Payment Processing: Guide and book purchases are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• Email Service: Password reset emails are sent via secure email delivery services

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

6. Cookies and Tracking

• Essential Cookies: We use cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) and session management. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function.
