Concierge

Concierge Service

We don't run a retreat. We know who in Ecuador actually gets results for what you have — and we take you to that person.

What we do

Healing is not only the session itself. It is the questions before, the details in between, and the follow-through after. We step into the middle as your concierge: we coordinate the healers, translate when languages get in the way, arrange the logistics, and check in with you through the whole journey. You stay focused on your healing; we handle the rest.

Coordination — we find and schedule the right healer for your needs, and keep everything on track.

Translation — English, Spanish, and Russian, so nothing is lost between you and your healer.

Logistics — transport, timing, and the practical details around your sessions and retreats.

Steady support — we check in before and after, and stay reachable when questions come up.

How we choose our healers

We do not list everyone. Every practitioner in our network is reviewed in writing before they meet a single client. We verify their credentials and their history — and we ask the one question that separates the careful from the careless: what will you never do with a client?

Credentials on file — training, years of practice, and legal status are documented and checked.

What they treat best — every practitioner names the three conditions they get the clearest results with.

What they refuse to treat — the honest ones answer this in five seconds.

An emergency plan — the nearest hospital and transport are agreed before the first session.

Who we work with

Over the years we have built relationships with the people we trust in Ecuador — certified detox specialists, traditional facilitators, ceremonial guides, herbalists, and medical professionals. When you come to us, we connect you with the person whose work fits your situation, not just whoever is available.

The people behind it

A medical advisor sits above the whole network, and every practitioner is reviewed against a published standard before they meet a client.

Profiles appear here as each practitioner completes their file — questionnaire, in-person visit, signed agreement, documents and a filmed profile. Until then, they are not listed.

What we never do

We are navigators, not doctors. Our role is to connect you and stand beside you — never to step into the healer's role.

We never diagnose or prescribe.

We never promise results.

We never use the word "cure".

We never accept a client the medical advisor marks as excluded.

How we build the picture

We do not guess. Before an itinerary is built, three things are gathered from three directions — and the medical advisor reviews all of it.

What you tell us

Your history, your symptoms, what has already been tried and what it did.

What your body shows

Physical findings and, where you have them, the laboratory markers you bring with you.

How you live

Sleep, movement, stress, food, and the environment you are in every day.

This is screening and orientation — deciding whether we can help and who is right for you. It is not a diagnosis, and no clinical care is provided by us.

The order we work in

Sequence matters more than intensity. Foundations first, then the deeper systems — because deep work does not hold while the basics are still overloaded.

1

Foundations first

Digestion, stress and circadian rhythm, hydration, sleep, and elimination. These come before anything else.

2

Then the deeper systems

Inflammation, blood sugar, detoxification pathways and energy production — addressed once the foundations can carry the load.

Where healing happens

Ecuador's four regions each work the body differently. Your itinerary depends on what you have — not on what looks pretty.

The Andes — cleansing, fasting, and the traditional highland practices.

The Amazon — deep plant medicine and the rainforest's own pharmacy.

The Coast — warmth, water, and gentle recovery.

The Cloud Forest — rest, altitude relief, and quiet integration.

The path, in four milestones

Whether you come for chronic pain, low energy, or a ceiling you cannot break through, the path is the same — the call, the preparation, the transformation, and the return.

1

The Call

A free navigation call. We listen, map your challenge, and tell you honestly if we are the right fit.

2

The Preparation

Before you travel: hydration, circadian rhythm, and micronutrition, so you arrive ready rather than depleted.

3

The Transformation

You meet the healer network — matched to your biology and the region that suits what you have.

4

The Return

Integration and anchoring: your formulas, your habits, and follow-up at 30, 60, and 90 days so the change stays.

Who stands beside you

You are never alone in the field. Around every client stand three layers of care:

A medical advisor — reviews your case before you travel and signs off on your itinerary.

Trained field companions — prepared through a structured programme covering basic safety, crisis response, attentive listening and reading the body's signals. They observe and accompany; they never diagnose.

The healer themselves — an independent professional, accountable for their own work.

For practitioners

If you are a practitioner in Ecuador and you would like to be considered for the network, there is no application fee and no exclusivity requirement to start the conversation.

  • The full questionnaire and what we require on file
  • A filmed profile we produce for you, at no cost if you join the network
  • Translation and subtitling so English-speaking clients can find you
  • A listing on this site, with your own page and video

We visit in person before anyone joins. That is the whole standard, and we do not bend it.
